      Important: By accessing or using TikTak.live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TikTak.live ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website, games, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

TikTak.live provides interactive gaming tools for TikTok Live streamers. Our service allows streamers to integrate real-time games into their live broadcasts, enabling viewer interaction through TikTok gifts, comments, and likes.

2.1 Service Availability

Free Plan: Demo mode for testing (no TikTok connection)
Pro Plan: Unlimited live streams, all games, TikTok Live integration ($19/month or $194/year)
Custom Plan: White-label, custom games, dedicated support (contact us for pricing)

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To use Pro features, you must create an account by providing:

A valid email address
A secure password
Your TikTok username (for live integration)

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

3.4 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or 13 with parental consent) to use TikTak.live. Users under 13 are prohibited.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Free Trial

Pro Plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge.

4.2 Billing

Monthly Plan: $19 per month, billed monthly
Annual Plan: $194 per year, billed annually (saves $34/year)
All prices in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Payment processed securely via Stripe.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then. No refunds for partial months/years.

4.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice via email. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for 6 months.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

You may use TikTak.live to:

✅ Stream interactive games on TikTok Live
✅ Test games in demo mode
✅ Customize game settings for your stream

5.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

❌ Violate TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
❌ Use automated bots to simulate gifts, comments, or viewers
❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our games or services
❌ Share your account credentials with others
❌ Use the service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
❌ Abuse, harass, or threaten other users
❌ Attempt to overload or disrupt our servers (DDoS attacks)
❌ Resell or redistribute our service without written permission
❌ Violate any applicable laws or regulations

⚠️ Violation Consequences: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

All content, games, code, designs, logos, and trademarks on TikTak.live are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to your TikTok content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to display your TikTok username and stream data solely to provide the service.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 TikTok Integration

Our service integrates with TikTok Live via their API. You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for TikTok's actions, policies, or service availability.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your credit card information.

8. Service Availability & Support

8.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice.

8.2 Support

Free Plan: Community support (no SLA)
Pro Plan: Priority email support (24-48 hour response time)
Custom Plan: Dedicated support with SLA

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

TikTak.live is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months (max $228)
We are not responsible for TikTok bans, lost revenue, or viewer complaints
We are not liable for third-party services (TikTok, Stripe) failures

No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee increased engagement, earnings, or virality. Results depend on your content, audience, and factors beyond our control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TikTak.live from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of TikTok's policies
Your content or conduct on TikTok Live
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Fail to pay subscription fees
Use the service in a way that harms our business or other users

Termination does not entitle you to a refund (except under our 30-day guarantee).

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, contact us at support@tiktag.live to resolve the issue informally.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (not court), except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TikTak.live.

14.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

14.4 No Agency

These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

14.5 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them without notice.
